01 — What it does
Watches the shadow, tells the truth.
The camera reads feet, hips, shoulders and hands together. It evaluates the whole movement, not a single joint in isolation.
Explainable, spoken feedback.
It tells you not just what's off, but why — and it says it out loud, mid-drill, so you never have to break eye contact with your imaginary opponent.
